In Winter

From Morzine, you can take the Pleney gondola and enjoy a leisurely ski across to Les Gets. This area arguably boasts some of the finest views of the Portes du Soleil, with Mont Blanc in perfect view on clear days.

The pistes in Les Gets are often wide and long, so you can enjoy the freedom of carving. There are ample areas suitable for the less experienced skiers and the well known 'Indian Village' which is hugely popular amongst the children. Head over to Mont Chery to escape the crowds and enjoy the breathtaking views.

Down in the charming resort, you are spoilt for choice with a range restaurants to suit all tastes, from traditional Savoyarde cuisine to tapas and noodles. The main street is lined with boutiques and gift shops for you to take home souvenirs of your Les Gets holiday.

In Summer

A Les Gets holiday in the summer usually means mountain biking. The resort was put on the map in 2004 when it hosted the mountain bike world championships and since then, has hosted bikers and holiday makers alike, from around the globe.

For the non-mountain bikers, you can access boundless hiking trails, using the ski lifts, starting from Morzine and heading over in the direction of Les Gets.

Recenlty road cycling in Les Gets saw a boost with the addition of a newly accessible col which put the world's greatest cyclists to the test during the 2016 Criterium Dauphine, often seen as the prologue to the Tour de France.

The quaint resort has bars and restaurants aplenty and a beautiful lake where you can relax and take in the beautiful views.
