FAQs and Useful Information

Here at R&S we are always listening and learning from our valued guests so we wanted to get back to you with answers to a few of your frequently asked questions to make your booking process and holiday that little bit easier...

What are the Chalet check in and check out times?

The check in time is from 3.00pm and the check-out time is 10.00am. We are aware that flight times will not always fall in line with these times so we try to accommodate as much as we can.

Do we provide hairdryers?

Yes we do, every chalet has a hairdryer in each room.

Do you provide bathrobes and slippers?

All guests are provided with a bathrobe and a pair of slippers.

Is breakfast provided on the chalet day off?

Yes we provide a served breakfast on all days of your holiday plus afternoon teas and lifts to and from the slopes.

Who does my transfer?

If you have organised transfers through us we share our transfers between ourselves and the company Skiidy Gonzales.  We will send you an email the week before your trip to let you know the airport arrival procedure.

What happens if my flight is delayed?  

If you have organised transfers through us all you need to do is call the contact number that we have given you and we will organise a later transfer for you at no extra cost. If you have arranged your own transfers or are Self-Drive please contact us to let us know.

What happens regarding the evening meal if I have a late flight?

At least one member of staff will be there to welcome you to the chalet and show you to your room. Food will always be provided on your arrival at the chalet regardless of your time of arrival if required.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes we can cater for any dietary requirement, all you need to do is let us know in advance with as much information as possible.

Where do I buy my lift pass from and how much do they cost?

We can buy your lift pass for you and have it at the chalet ready for your arrival. All you need to do is let us know which area you would like the pass for and for how many days. Passes for more than 7 days require a photograph. Please follow this link to view the different options available  

Can you organise lessons for me?

We can book lessons for you, just get in touch on hello@rschaletcollection.com with your requirements. We need to know your level of skiing or snowboarding, if you would like private or group lessons, how many days you would like and we will get back to you with your best options and prices. Where can I hire equipment from?

The company that we recommend for Ski/Snowboard hire is All Mountain Rental they will come to the chalet with your equipment on the day that you arrive to make the process much easier.  Click here to book this or to view prices and click on the AMR logo. You will automatically receive a 20% discount by booking online.

Payment is taken by AMR in resort and all bookings are made online.

Do you offer Childcare?

We can arrange either in-chalet childcare or use of a local crèche: Please click on the link to view all information on Childcare.
